Welcome to Yuvio, a startup brand operated by Tech Innovative Solutions.
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://yuvio.in (the “Website” or “Platform”) and related services offered by Yuvio.

1. Definitions & Interpretation

  • “We”, “us”, “our” refers to Yuvio, a startup brand operated by Tech Innovative Solutions, which owns and operates the Platform.

  • “You”, “your”, “User” refers to any individual or business using or accessing the Platform, browsing, registering, or purchasing.

  • “Services” includes browsing, purchasing, order fulfillment, design upload, customer support, etc.

  • “Content” means text, images, graphics, videos, designs, logos, and other materials posted or made available on the Platform.

  • “Order” / “Purchase” means a transaction through which you buy products (e.g. custom t-shirts, merchandise) via the Platform.

  • “Third-party services / partners” refers to payment gateways, logistics / shipping companies, hosting providers, analytics providers, etc.

2. Eligibility & Account

  • To use the Platform or place orders, you must have the legal capacity to contract (i.e. be at least 18 years old and not disqualified by law).

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or placing an Order.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (username, email, password). You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access if you provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information.

3. Use of the Platform

  • You agree not to use the Platform to host, display, upload, publish, transmit, or share content that:

    • Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, abusive, or violates privacy or intellectual property rights

    • Promotes illegal acts, gambling, or inappropriate content

    • Infringes third-party rights (copyright, trademark, trade secrets)

    • Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code

    • Attempts to hack, probe, reverse engineer, or negatively affect the Platform

  • You must comply with applicable laws, including Indian laws, for your use of the Platform.

  • We may remove or block content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Products, Orders & Transaction Process

  • By placing an Order, you make an offer to purchase products at the prices and terms displayed at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel Orders due to availability, pricing errors, logistical issues, or suspected fraud.

  • If an Order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued as per our applicable policy.

  • Pricing & Charges:

    • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

    • Prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur a shipping charge of ₹50, which is clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon successful delivery to the provided address.

5. Payment & Refunds

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways such as Razorpay or other supported methods.

  • You authorize us or our payment partners to collect the total amount displayed at checkout.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

  • For COD orders, the ₹50 shipping charge is non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, payment providers, or external systems.

6. Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are generally not permitted.

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

  • COD shipping charges are non-refundable in cases of refusal, cancellation after dispatch, or return (unless the return is due to our error).

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Platform (designs, graphics, text, logos, software) is owned or licensed by Yuvio.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without our written permission.

  • By uploading content (e.g. design files, logos), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and promote that content in connection with the Platform (e.g. to show in “your orders”, marketing, portfolio).

  • You represent and warrant that the content you upload does not infringe third-party rights or violate laws.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform or products, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the product giving rise to the claim.

  • We are not responsible for acts or omissions of third parties (payment processors, carriers, suppliers).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Yuvio (and its officers, employees, agents) harmless from any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, or expenses (including legal costs) arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your misuse of the Platform

  • Your violation of any rights (third party, law)

  • Content you upload or transmit

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India, particularly Maharashtra (or the applicable state).

  • Disputes shall be resolved via negotiation and, if unresolved, by courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.

  • If you are a user from another country, you may have additional rights under your local laws — this clause does not waive those rights where they cannot be waived.

11. Severability & Modification

  • If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

  • We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on the Platform. The “Last Updated” date will reflect that.

  • Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Miscellaneous

  • You shall not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

  • We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms freely (e.g. in merger or sale).

  • Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

  • Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to later enforce it.
