Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs how Yuvio processes, ships, and delivers orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Shipping Scope
Domestic: We deliver to all serviceable pincodes within India.
International: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing (Handling Time)
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 02:00 PM IST will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Handling Time: Our standard handling time is 3-4 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Dispatched Days: We dispatch orders Monday through Saturday. We do not dispatch on Sundays or Public Holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat shipping & handling fee of ₹50 applies to all COD orders. This fee is non-refundable in case of returns or refusals.
4. Transit Times & Delivery Estimates
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

Note: Delivery timelines may be impacted by severe weather, national holidays, or courier service disruptions beyond our control.
5. Courier Partners
We use aggregated logistics services (including Shiprocket) to ensure the fastest delivery. Our courier partners include Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and Ecom Express.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your Tracking ID and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier’s website.
7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address (including House Number, Street, and Landmark).
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address or incorrect phone number, we will contact you to correct the details. Re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery. Do not accept any package if the seal is broken, tampered with, or significantly damaged.
If you receive a damaged product, you must report it to us at support@yuvio.in within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video of the package.
9. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
Once the product has been handed over to the courier partner (Status: Dispatched), we cannot cancel the order. You may choose to return it after delivery as per our Returns Policy.
