Yuvio – Payments & Pricing Policy

This Payments & Pricing Policy outlines the payment methods we accept, payment security, pricing practices, and terms governing payments for orders on Yuvio. By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We offer multiple payment options to ensure convenience and security:
Debit / Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
Net Banking / Internet Banking
UPI Payments
Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for eligible orders
Note: Depending on your location or order size, certain payment methods may not be available.
2. Pricing & “No Hidden Charges” Policy
The price displayed on the product page includes applicable taxes (GST).
No hidden charges are added beyond what is clearly shown at checkout.
Shipping Charges:
Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India (unless stated otherwise).
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A shipping charge of ₹50 is applicable and will be clearly shown at checkout before order confirmation.
The final payable amount displayed at checkout is inclusive of all applicable charges.
If a pricing error occurs due to a technical or typographical issue, Yuvio reserves the right to cancel the order or request confirmation before processing.
3. Payment Security & Fraud Prevention
All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (e.g. Stripe, Razorpay).
We use encryption (HTTPS / TLS) to protect sensitive data during transit.
For card payments, you may be redirected to your bank’s 3D Secure (OTP / password verification) interface for authentication.
We continuously monitor transactions for suspicious or fraudulent activity. If needed, we may request identity verification (e.g. government ID) before processing an order.
We reserve the right to hold or cancel orders if they appear to be fraudulent or inconsistent.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for select pin codes, products, and order values only.
Payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery to the courier partner.
A shipping charge of ₹50 is applicable on all COD orders.
This charge is added at checkout and is non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
Gift cards, store credit, or wallet balances cannot be used for COD orders.
The maximum order value for COD may be capped at ₹2,000 to mitigate logistics risk.
COD availability is clearly indicated on the product or checkout page.
5. EMI / Installment Payments
For eligible transactions, you may choose to pay via EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) plans offered by partner banks.
The full transaction amount is charged at the time of purchase; interest is managed by the issuing bank.
In case of a refund or cancellation, interest portions borne by you may or may not be refunded (as per bank’s policy).
EMI offers, tenures, and eligibility depend on your bank and credit card issuer.
6. Failed Transactions & Chargebacks
If your payment fails (due to insufficient funds, authentication failure, network error, etc.), the order will not be confirmed. You may retry or choose a different payment method.
Chargebacks or disputes initiated by you through your bank or card issuer may be processed as per the bank’s policy.
Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to order cancellation or account suspension.
7. Refunds & Reversals
Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing time is typically 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) are processed via bank transfer.
COD shipping charges (₹50) are non-refundable once the order is dispatched, even in case of returns or refusal after dispatch.
8. Discrepancies & Pricing Errors
If you notice an error in pricing (e.g. unusually low price, misprint), please contact us immediately at support@yuvio.in.
We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors or to request confirmation before fulfilling at the stated price.
9. Policy Changes
Yuvio may modify this Payments & Pricing Policy as needed, e.g. for legal, commercial, or security reasons.
Changes take effect upon posting the updated policy with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the site after changes implies acceptance of the updated policy.
