To place an order:

  1. Browse products and select your favorite design.

  2. Choose your size or customization option (if applicable).

  3. Add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.

  4. Enter your address and complete payment.
    Once confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.

You can shop as a guest, but creating an account helps you:

  • Track orders easily

  • Save delivery addresses

  • View order history

  • Receive special offers

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking ID and courier name via email/SMS.
You can track your order on:

  • The courier’s website, or

  • Yuvio’s “Track My Order” section 

Yes, you can request a change or cancellation before dispatch.
Once the item has been shipped, modification or cancellation is not possible.
Please email support@yuvio.in immediately with your Order ID.

Check your spam or promotions folder.
If it’s not there, contact support@yuvio.in — we’ll verify and resend your confirmation.

Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. Enter your registered email or phone, and you’ll receive instructions (OTP / reset link) to set a new password.

We currently deliver across India.
Some remote or hilly regions may have limited coverage or slightly longer delivery times.

A ₹50 shipping charge is applicable on all COD orders.
This charge is clearly shown at checkout before you place the order.

Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us.
You can contact support to arrange redelivery or refund (shipping cost may apply).

We support:

  • EMI (on supported cards)

  • Cash on Delivery (available for select locations)

Absolutely.
All transactions are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant gateways like Razorpay and Stripe, using SSL encryption.
Your card or UPI details are never stored on our servers.

If a payment fails:

  • Ensure your internet connection is stable.

  • Verify your card/UPI details.

  • Try another payment method.
    If the amount is deducted but order not confirmed, it will be automatically refunded within 5–7 working days.

No hidden charges!
Prices shown on our website include all applicable taxes (GST).
Shipping or COD charges, if any, are shown clearly before checkout.

We accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and

  • It is unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging within 7 days.

Customized or personalized products are not returnable unless there’s a manufacturing error.

  • Order ID

  • Photos or video of the issue

  • Short description of the problem
    Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup or guide you through the return process.

After the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
We’ll notify you once the refund is completed.

Yes — you can cancel before dispatch by emailing support@yuvio.in with your order number.
Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible, but you may return it after delivery (if eligible).

Yes — all Yuvio products are proudly designed and printed in India.

To ensure long-lasting prints:

  • Wash inside-out in cold water

  • Avoid bleach or harsh detergents

  • Do not iron directly on the print

  • Dry in shade

Yes. We follow strict data protection practices.
Your personal and payment details are used only for order processing, delivery, and service improvement.

Yes. You can request deletion or correction of your account and data by emailing support@yuvio.in.
