Yuvio – Returns & Refund Policy

At Yuvio, we value your satisfaction. Each product is created and packed with care. However, if something doesn’t go as expected, this policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging (tags intact).

  • The issue is reported to us within 7 days of delivery.

⚠️ Customized or personalized products (with your name, print, or design) are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or cancellations for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

  • Products purchased during clearance, sale, or promotional offers, unless defective.

  • Custom-made, limited-edition, or personalized designs.

  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

  • Shipping charges paid on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, once the order is dispatched.

3. How to Request a Return / Replacement

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Email us at support@yuvio.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos or videos showing the issue (damage, wrong item, etc.)

    • Short description of the problem

  3. Our support team will review your request and confirm the eligibility.

  4. Once approved, we’ll share pickup or return instructions.


4. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • For approved cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup via our courier partner.

  • In certain pin codes where pickup is not available, you may need to ship the product back to us manually.

  • Shipping cost for return:

    • Our mistake (wrong/damaged item) → Yuvio bears all return costs.

    • Customer change of mind / incorrect address → Return shipping cost to be borne by the customer.


5. Refunds

    • Once the returned item is received and passes quality inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

    • For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer.

    • COD shipping charges (₹50) are non-refundable once the order is dispatched, even if the product is returned or the order is cancelled after dispatch.

    Processing time may vary depending on bank or payment provider policies.


6. Replacement Policy

  • If a replacement item is available in stock, we will dispatch it after the return is approved.

  • If unavailable, we will issue a full refund or store credit (as per your preference).

  • Replacement is applicable only for the same product/model; exchanges for different sizes or designs depend on availability.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are generally not possible.

  • If a dispatched COD order is returned or refused, the COD shipping charge will not be refunded.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your parcel arrives tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

  • If you accept a damaged parcel unknowingly, contact support within 24 hours with photos.

  • For missing items, report within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.


9. Refund Exceptions & Delays

Refunds may be delayed or declined if:

  • The returned product fails quality check.

  • The product is used, washed, or altered.

  • The issue is reported beyond the return window.

  • Wrong product was returned.


10. Policy Updates

We may update this Returns & Refund Policy periodically. Updates will be reflected on this page with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of the revised terms.
